We are holding our annual draw and table quiz in community centre on September 21, please note date was changed due to the Capard reunion on 28. Committee members are selling tickets in your area and we would appreciate your support on the night, Raffle will be held on the night Table of four €20, we would appreciate your continued support. We are always looking for new members if you would like to join our committee please come along to our next meeting.
Rosenallis senior citizens annual mass and blessing will take place in St Brigids Church on Friday September 14 at 7pm. Refreshments will be served in the community centre immediately affterwards. All are welcome.

O’ Moores Camogie Club
Will take place on Friday September 21 in The Deadman’s Pub Ballyfin at 9pm. Tables of 4, adults €10, U18s €5. All welcome to attend.

Comhaltas Mointeach Milic
Mountmellick Comhaltas music classes will return on 25/9/2012. To register for classes please attend a registration night on 18/9/2012 at Conor Davis Park 7.30pm. Registration (which also covers insurance) is for both adults and children (7 years and up). Classes will now start at 6.30pm each Tuesday night. Cost for classes is €4 per person to €10 per family. AGM will be on 21/9/2012 at 8pm at Conor Davis Park.
A re-union of anybody who attended the above school will take place in the community centre on Friday September 28 immediately after mass at 7.30pm. It is intended that this will be a simple evening of nostalagia, food, music, history and activities of the area. It is hoped that all who can attend will do so and feel free to bring their families along.
What a wonderful sight last Sunday afternoon at the Glenbarrow ammenity. The car park was full to overflowing and the place full of people. There were families walking with kids of all ages and picnicing on the water’s edge. Walkers of all ages took to the waterfall and everyone seemed to having such a good time.
