Laois Riding for the disabled

Portarlington and Killenard charity gala ball in aid of the Port Scouts and Special Olympics takes place on February 28 in the Heritage Golf and Spa resort. Music and fundraising on the night. Love Port/PCDA are hosting a comprehensive webpage and facebook training course. Community groups/clubs from 5 - 7.30pm and businesses from 6.30 - 9pm. The dates are on a Tuesday as follows: January 14, 21 and 28. February 4, 11, 18 and 25. This is an opportunity for businesses to look more closely at how we can work together. Speech and Drama
Speech a drama classes will commence in Portarlington Community Centre on Wednesday January 15 from 4pm. Classes are one hour in duration. The Laois Hospice Foundation annual public meeting takes place on Friday, January 17 at 8pm in the Killeshin Hotel, Portlaoise. Special guests are Mr Sean O’Rourke and Ms Eileen Dunne of RTÉ. Why not come along and hear about hospice services in Laois and where the monies collected are spent. This should be a very enjoyable and stimulating night. Everybody is welcome to this meeting and your support would be very much appreciated. Refreshments will be served on the night. Thank you for your continued support to Laois Hospice.
