There will be a sponsored walk in Raheen on bank holiday Monday 6 May starting at Eamon A’Chnoic at 2.45 pm. Registration on the day. Proceeds in aid of Raheen panto group and James Fintan Lalor hall renovation fund. Refreshments afterwards in Eamon A’ Chnoic. Please support and bring a friend!

COMMUNITY ALERT

Raheen community alert are holding a social night in Eamon A’Chnoic on Friday 10 May at 9 pm. Admission is free and refreshments will be served. All parishioners and other community alert groups are welcome. Email raheencommunityalert@gmail.com

TOBAIR AN LEINN TABLE QUIZ

Tobar An Leinn Primary School Parents Association are holding a table quiz in Eamon A’Chnoic Raheen at 9pm on Friday 26 April . Why not round up a team of 4 and come along & test your general knowledge. Great prizes to be won on the night. Cost: €30 per team.

WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT

Colt GAA Club are taking part in Cootehill Celtic GAA’s nationwide sports fundraising event on Saturday 4 May at 11:30am - a world record attempt for the largest 3-legged race. If you would like to be part of this event in Colt GAA Grounds and at the same time help to raise funds for your local club please contact Padraig Dunne at 085 1498662. All funds raised will go towards the development of Colt GAA grounds. There will be a certificate for every participant confirming that they have broken a world record.
