ATTANAGH

Laois Foxhounds

After a gap of nearly twenty five years the Laois Foxhounds paid a welcome visit to Attanagh on March 12. The lively group of twelve led by Masters of Foxhounds David Lawlor and Marcus McLoughlin and Hunstman David Thompson had a merry journey which started in Mrs Joyce Seale’s property in Grennan and headed towards Lower Grennan. They had a good gallop across the lands of John Sheeran and Pat Holohan and congregated afterwards for refreshments in the Irish Fly Fishing and Game Shooting Museum. Pat Mooney provided valuable assistance in organising the route and many thanks to the local farmers. A professional fencer is always present with Laois Foxhounds.

A Prize Dog
