Camross I.C.A

The Monthly meeting of Camross ICA Guild took place on Tuesday. Vice President Mary Kate Cuddy presided. Votes of Sympathy were passed with Mary K. Cuddy, the Seymour & Conroy families on the death of Mrs C. Conroy and Mrs Mary Brigit Reeves. The Annual Guild outing was discussed and arrangements will be made later. Congratulations to Camross CCEon celebrating 40 years and also congratulations to Shawn Cuddy on his 25 years in show business. Raffle was won by Cissy Collier. Supper was provided by Cisy Collier & Maud McGlynn.

Clothes Collection

There will be a clothes collection from Killanure and Camross schools on Thursday morning May 29th. All unwanted clothes, bedding, footwear etc. may be left in the play shelters of either school from next week on. All proceeds will go directly to Fr. Paddy Hyland’s mission in Kenya.

Camross Social

Community dance takes place on June 7th in the Community Hall. Dancing from 9.30 pm – 12.30am. Supper served. Music by Catherine & Images.
