Congratulations to the Camross girls who helped Laois win the All-Ireland under sixteen championship on Sunday week and to the members of the club that helped the juniors beat Dublin to reach the All-Ireland final against Down and that game will be played in Croke Park on September 14.
Camross under12 Camogie team produced a great display in the final in Slieve Bloom on Wednesday last against Portlaoise but despite their best efforts they were beaten by a more physical and stronger Portlaoise side.
The girls were bitterly disappointed but they need not worry, they will have many more games in the Camross jersey.
