Rathdowney/Errill GAA report. Outgoing Chairman Justin Kavanagh welcomed everyone and thanked all the team mentors, committee and anyone who helped out in 2013. Secretary Raymond Kelly gave a detailed report on the all club performances. Treasurer Pat Whelan outlined the clubs finances. Large turnout with many topics discussed for the coming year. Officers elected for 2014: Chairperson-Francis Carroll, Vice Chairperson -Justin Kavanagh, Secretary-Alex Stenson, Asst. Secretary- Raymond Kelly, Treas -Pat Kelly, Asst. Treas-Pat Whelan, PRO-Paula Loughman, County Board Delegate - Mick Fitzpatrick.


Rathdowney/Errill Hurling club and St. Brigids Camogie club are hosting “Strictly Come Dancing” in the Templemore Arms on Saturday March 1. Preparations for this event are well underway. This guarantees to be an enjoyable night for all. Limited number of tickets will be available so it will be first come first served. Tickets available from both hurling and camógie committees.
