Midland Regional Authority

Under the ‘MidlandsIreland.ie’ brand is currently working in partnership with a number of state agencies to develop a Regional Food Producers Directory for this region.

The directory will be divided into sectoral categories and include Bakery; Beverages; Confectionery; Catering / Cookery Schools; Dairy; Meats; Organic; Prepared Foods; Preserves and Produce.

It should be noted that there is no fee for inclusion. We would like to include your company in this directory and would be obliged if you could provide us with the following information.

Category, Trading Name, Contact Name, Address, Phone number, website, facebook, twitter and GPS.

We would also like to include a number of photographs in the directory and we would be delighted if you could submit any professional photographs of your product along with your consent to reproduce these in the directory to smorgan@midlands.ie.

Please note that submission of photography will not guarantee inclusion of same in the directory.

Deepest Sympathy

Deepest Sympathy to the Grehan/Dooley/Hyland families on the death of Mr. James Grehan, Portarlington and formerly Cappalane, Rosenallis who passed away on February 5.

Also to the Doolan/Purcell family on the untimely death of Mrs Ann Doolan, Gurteen, Killiegh formerly Reary, Rosenallis who passed away on 14th February.

The Thompson family on the death of Mr. Cecil Thompson, Mountmellick who died suddenly on the 15th February. May they rest in peace our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time.

Work4You

‘Work4You’ set up by Acquired Brain Injury Ireland provides a free vocational assessment service for individuals who have an acquired brain injury and would like assistance and guidance in returning to work, training or education.

It is free to anyone with an acquired brain injury and in receipt of a payment from the Dept. of Social Protection.
