St Patrick’s Parade
The theme for the Rosenllis parade is “The Slieve Bloom Village Parade” we are hoping that the floats entered will represent all that is vital to events/people/places around Rosenallis Village. The parade starts at 3.30pm. We have two prizes for best float 1st €75 & 2nd €50. We are delighted to welcome the Mountmellick Coamhaltas to the main stand. Walking floats to meet at the Green School from 3.15pm and the Vehicles to meet at ‘the Grove’ at 3pm. The committee would like to invite everyone back to the community centre for tea and refreshments after the parade.

The launch of the Text Alert Scheme by the Commmunity Alert Group will take place in the Community Centre on Thursday, April 10 at 8pm. It will be possible to register at that meeting and the annual charge is €20. In the coming weeks a circular will be distributed to all households in the Community explaining the workings of the Text Alert Scheme. Members of Muintir na Tíre and An Garda Síochána will be present also to provide further information and answer any queries. All are welcome. Please do attend. It is in the interest of everyone in the Community.
Drama Festival 2014
