Portlaoise cruise past Stradbally to maintain winning run

As the fluctuating weather took its toll on the game’s tempo, Portlaoise cruised to their fourth consecutive victory to maintain their one hundred percent record as they dismissed Stradbally by a nine point margin on Sunday afternoon.

Stradbally 1-4

Portlaoise revealed their hunger for the game from the very first minute as Adrian Kelly curled the ball over the bar for the score of the game. And a just a minute later Portlaoise found themselves four points ahead after Eoin Whelan’s fortunate goal.
