Hydration the Topic

The importance of being adequately and properly hydrated for events, especially those over a long distance, was forcibly delivered by Brian Bourke from Coaching Ireland at the second coaching clinic held in the clubhouse recently. Unfortunately it was a little late for those doing the Dublin marathon never-the-less all those who attended found it beneficial and well worth while. Thanks to Brian and hopefully we will have another one or two in the New Year on some other interesting topics.
