Trilogy Triathlon Club open to all

Trilogy Triathlon is the Triathlon Ireland Affiliated club for Laois and surrounding counties.

The club was formed in 2004 to promote the multisport ethos of Triathlon - competing in running, cycling and swimming events.

The club welcome all ages and all abilities and every level is catered for. It offers 5+ coach-led sessions per week. As a member, you decide how many of these you want to attend. As a young club, it is very proud to offer all new members a welcoming and encouraging environment. After all, there is nobody in the club so long that they forget what it is like to be a new member.

Membership is free and includes all outdoor training and local league races. The club also offer subsidised training during the winter months from Running, Swimming, Cycling & Pilates.

The club run Portlaoise triathlon every year and the event is open to all, but has been particularly designed for anyone returning to sport or racing their first event - either as a team or as individuals.

The club run this in conjunction with Women in Sport. Trilogy Triathlon partnered with Laois Sports Partnership to support 30 new-to-tri ladies in their quest to complete their first triathlon each year. The club give coached training leading up to this event each year.
