Trilogy Triathlon
Congratulations to the four ladies, eleven men and one junior that participated in the club’s first Duathlon Race of 2012 held in perfect conditions in The Heath on Sunday the 15th January, with Trish Nicholls winning the ladies and Patrick Marshall edging out Kevin Doyle by one second in the mens.
A big thank you to all the marshalls that helped on the day. The next Duathalon Race is February 19th so mark your diary!
Trilogy Triathlon Club welcomes all adults and all abilities – the age of our average adult member is mid-thirties, and about half new members tell us they can’t swim! Our winter training programme is now underway.
