Woodbine to play Stradbally Steam Rally

The annual Stradbally Steam Rally will be held this August bank holiday weekend on in Cosby Hall in Stradbally and for the first time in over a decade there will be music on site, when bluegrass four piece Woodbine take to the stage to entertain visitors next Sunday and Monday.
Woodbine consists of Liam Wright, Nicola O' Brien, Tony O' Brien and Richard Hawkins, who between them play guitar, dobro, acoustic bass, rhythm guitar and five string banjo with vocals and harmonies.

Woodbine have played in festivals all over the Ireland, including the Banjo Festival in Longford, Rhythm and Roots in Kilkenny, Guinness and Oyster Bluegrass Weekend in Kilkenny, Airfield House Urban Roots festival in Dublin and Ardara Bluegrass Festival in Donegal.
