Music Generation Laois held its annual Tionól for Harps and Pipes takes place recently
The weekend featured a gala concert including performances by Tionól Tutors, Chris Stout and Catriona McKay and Venezualan band Compasses.
Two other concerts featured young harpers and pipers from across Ireland to mark International Uilleann Pipe Day and a Music Generation Laois student concert featuring students from the Tionól.
The weekend of events took place from November 2-4 also featured workshops.
Portlaoise Further Education & Training Centre, the Dunamaise Arts Centre and Any Bergin's pub were the venues for Tionól.
