The people of Camross gathered for a big night in Abbeyleix recently as part of fundraising efforts for a community enhancement project.
The Camross Parish Development Association (CPDA) hosted an evening with celebrity chef, Catherine Fulvio at the Abbeyleix Manor Hotel. The event also featured an artisan food and craft market featuring products from local producers.
The event was held to raise funds to develop a community park in the village.
Photographer Denis Byrne went along for the Leinster Express to capture the night on camera.
