Come down and learn some trad with Comhaltas night in Laois town

Mountmellick Comhaltas members celebrate 30 years in 2019

As the evenings start to shorten you might be finding yourself looking for more indoor activities.

Well if you enjoy music and would you like to learn to play or maybe just improve your musical skills Mountmellick Comhaltas could be just for you.

The branch is hosting our registration for the 2023 – 24 term on Thursday 21st September in St Paul’s Church of Ireland Hall, Pearse Street Mountmellick at 7pm.

Registration, which covers insurance for all Comhaltas activities, is €6 per child, €12 per adult, or €20 per family.
Classes will resume on 28th September.

Beginners at 6.30pm, Intermediate at 7pm and Advanced at 7.30pm. €4 per person per night. If you have any queries please

Members have participated in a variety of events over the past year and are looking forward to the year ahead.
Here is just a selection of what potential musicians can expect.

Mountmellick Comhaltas Branch members will be taking part in Culture Night event at Mountmellick Library on Friday 22 September 6-7pm.
