Tommy Tieran coming to town.
RTÉ chat show host, actor, podcaster and most of all comedian Tommy Tiernan is coming to Portlaoise.
The Navan man takes to the stage of Kavanagh's on March 21 with his latest show “Work in Progress”.
He's promising an “unrehearsed, unfinished, and as always unpredictable” tour of shows around the country from March 7 to 30.
Hailed by Billy Connolly as one of his three favourite comedians in the world, Tommy has been performing stand-up comedy for nearly 30 years. MORE BELOW PICTURE.

Apart from achieving new popularity from hosting the Tommy Tiernan Show on RTÉ, he has made numerous television appearances, including "The Late Show" with David Letterman.
He has played across the globe from Moscow and Moosejaw and every corner of Ireland's 32 counties, from Tory Island to the Wexford Opera House. More below picture.
