Sharing a joint post to their Instagram following, the pair posted gorgeous and raw snaps of them holding their baby girl in the delivery room with the caption: "Please be upstanding for the arrival of our BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTER, Blu Amar Rose Dowling Gourounlian. Blu was delivered safely on Sunday, June 23rd, at 13:33h, weighing 6lb 2ozs. Myself & Papa @gourounlian are ABSOLUTELY BESOTTED & actually can’t believe we now have two little beauties to keep us on our toes.

"@effidy_dowling_, you are a SUPERSTAR & we are, as always, FOREVER GRATEFUL. You stayed so calm, considering it wasn’t exactly the birth plan we had initially hoped for. Baby Blu was adamant to arrive on Sunday, the 23rd of June & nothing or no one was going to stop her. Big Sister Blake, you have been activated."
Many famous faces have commented under the post to congratulate the couple, TV chef Donal Skehan said: "WAHEY! Huge congrats to you both and go on Aoife! Cannot wait to meet the latest addition! Loads of love!!!"
Businesswoman Pippa O'Connor said: "Baby Blu you little beauty, welcome to the world."
Kildare man Brian rose to fame after winning the second series of reality series Big Brother, and went on to win Ultimate Big Brother in 2010. He now presenters The Six O'Clock Show alongside Katja Mia.
