David Kitt, Chameleons among next wave of acts for Laois music festival

The Chameleons, David Kitt and Bjorn Again among 32 more acts for Forest Fest in Laois.

Another wave of 32 more acts has been added to the Forest Fest 2026 lineup in Laois.
The festival which is in a new site in Emo village this July, is shaping up to be an incredible fun weekend of classic, new and Irish music acts.
Now featuring over 70 artists, Forest Fest say they are not finished yet adding more acts.
Joining their headliners james, Echo and the Bunnymen and Madness in Emo this July are cult British icons The Chameleons and Jesus Jones, alongside the soulful brilliance of Andrew Strong, the critically acclaimed David Kitt and the incomparable Camille O'Sullivan. 
"We are also thrilled to welcome American rock powerhouse Black Pistol Fire and blues legend Don Baker Band for their Forest fest debuts".
Their tribute lineup is "world-class" and has been joined by ABBA spectacular BjörnAgain, set to close out Friday night in style.
They are joined by The Specials Ltd - Tribute to 2Tone Legends The Specials, Walk The Line, The Classic Beatles, Harvest - a tribute to Neil Young (with Hearts of Gold Choir), The Complete Stone Roses, The Seattle Grunge Experience, ThinAzLizzy, Rattle N Hum Ireland, Partickmonkeys and more.
There is more dance party music with BoolaBoom, the high-energy of The Bionic Rats, Circus Ponies and the QueenBees.
Laois band Byro will be spotlit too, along with Cúr, Sadhbh Keane, How I Became A Wave, Def Nettle, and Driven Snow. Forest Fest also welcomes back local favourites Dopamine, Motion Sickness, and Strength In Numbers (celebrating their 40th anniversary), alongside COLUMBIA MILLS and The Luna Boys.
Day and Weekend tickets are still on sale at forestfest.ie. Camping & Campervans tickets are also on sale, with a camping pass needed to stay on-site at Emo Village.
Forest Fest are running the same popular bus routes as last year with more info and booking links coming very soon!
Forest Fest takes place from July 24 to 26.
