Singing priest, Liam Lawton will take to the stage in St Michael’s church, Portarlington on Friday December 5.
The concert is a fundraising event for Shirley Feery, Geashill, suffers from Von Hippel Lindau , a rare genetic disease which has left her wheelchair bound.
Shirley is hoping to raise enough funds in order to help her build on an extension to her parents home to facilitate her needs.
It is twenty years since Liam Lawton began composing and performing. Since then he has found a niche with his own brand of sacred and inspirational music, which has become repertoire for Choirs and Individuals throughout the world.
Tickets cost €20. Available from the Parish Office, Port.
