Massive amount of machinery for sale at Midlands auction

A Massey Ferguson 390 tractor is among the items for auction at GVM in Tullamore

A big machinery auction will take place at GVM Tullamore Livestock Mart this week includes a wide variety of equipment.

The auction is an executor sale on behalf of a local family and on the instructions of a retiring farmer. The auctioneers say all genuine machinery with a genuine reason for sale.

Bidding via LSL auctions or at the mart premises. Payment by cash, debit card or bank draft on the day.

Viewing on Wednesday, July 26 from 10am to 5pm and again from 9am on July 27 at the mart premises. Eircode: R35 A662

Machinery for sale on the day of the auction includes:

  • 1994 Massey Ferguson 390, 2wd, 7254 Hours;
  • 1986 Massey Ferguson 265 with loader + implements, 2wd, 4416 Hours;
  • 2010 Ford Focus, 1.6 Diesel, same owner for 10 years, 165,000 miles;
  • Hay Turner, Mesko – ROL, not used in 5/6 years;
  • 12ft x 7ft Frazer tipping trailer, double axel on springs, auto tail board, solid sides;
  • 4ft Rossmore Shear Grab;
  • 1 ton Wagtail Manure spreader, only used for 1 year;
  • 200 litre Hardi sprayer;
  • 16ft x 6ft Ridgeway cattle trailer – for tractor; 5 ring feeders in lots;
  • (120) 3 inch plastic stakes – in bundles of 10;
  • 1300 Gallon Abbey Slurry tank;
  • 16ft bale trailer;
  • 11ft X 6ft Tipping Trailer;
  • 8ft X 4ft Cattle trailer;
  • 2 JFC Cattle drinkers – in two lots;
