The first late-night pharmacy has recently opened in Laois across from the Midland Regional Hospital Portlaoise.
Reign Pharmacy will remain open 9am to 9pm, from Monday to Saturday. The pharmacy will also remain open on bank holidays.
"We're the only late night pharmacy and not many people know it," said owner and pharmacist Albin Kunnakkattu Matthew.
"I've been a pharmacist for years, and recently got an opportunity to open here. Things are going well, things are still taking off but they're slowly improving," he said.
The pharmacy has a staff of four, and offers free delivery services for your medication. MORE BELOW PICTURE.

Like all pharmacies across Laois, Reign Pharmacy are also experiencing the stresses of national drug shortages. This has been an added pressure to the new business, who are still trying to establish themselves.
"It's a huge issue, the drug shortages," said Mr Kunnakkattu Matthew.
"We need to constantly keep an eye on updates with the stocks. It's been quite hard."
Along with over the counter medications and prescriptions, Reign Pharmacy are offering free blister packing services for the elderly, and free blood pressure monitoring for all. The new business also provides vaccinations and flu shots to the public.
