There was a big turnout at the event in Portlaoise Enterprise Centre.
Laois Chamber Alliance held a very successful networking event at Portlaoise Enterprise Centre last week designed to attract more members to the group.
The open invite event showcased the advantages of joining Laois Chamber Alliance.
"It was met with an exceptional turnout, leaving only standing room in Portlaoise Enterprise Centre. The room buzzed with energy and positivity as businesses from across Laois came together. The room reflected a vibrant and collaborative Chamber," said the Alliance.
A highlight of the “Lunch and Learn event” was the introduction round, where 36 businesses shared their services. Attendees left inspired, equipped with new connections, and with a clear understanding of how to actively engage with the Chamber and get the most out of their membership. Laois Chamber Alliance hosts four networking events monthly, including Breakfast Briefings, Lunch & Learn sessions, and engaging networking opportunities such as "Talk and Tours" and the fantastic Laois Business Awards, taking place on the 9th May 2025.
"Being in business can be a lonely place and this allows Laois businesses to network, collaborate, get sound advice and work together. Whether you're seeking new business leads, expert advice, or simply looking to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs and to find out where to go to solve a business problem, Laois Chamber Alliance will endeavour to help you in whatever way they can," said a spokesperson.
If you missed this event, don't worry—there are many more opportunities to get involved. There is a number of Open Invites coming up on January 23rd Solas, Portarlington at 9am and 28th February Bloom HQ, Mountrath at 8:30am. All events are free and can be booked at www.laoischamber.ie/events.
