A well known Laois business that sadly closed their doors six years ago have announced their shock reopening.
Quinn's Tearooms in Abbeyleix closed due to a fire in 2019. Established as a family business in 1983, the café will reopen this week under new management.
"To see a business you have worked so hard to establish and grow for over 36 years literally disappear in front of your eyes is heart breaking," business owner Marie Quinn said following the fire six years ago.

"My sole focus from now is towards my dedicated staff and rebuilding my business as soon as possible."
A fixture of Abbeyleix's main street with a gorgeous shopfront, the café has sat idle following extensive smoke and water damage in the 2019 fire.
Quinn's Tea Rooms was widely known for their baked goods and delicious treats, with much hope for the new generation of 'Quinn's Café'.
The new café have taken to social media with photos and videos of the refurbished location, full of bright colours and the beautifully renovated outdoor seating area.
Quinn's Café will hold their grand reopening on Friday July 25.
