Sales Manager required for Boland Cars Carlow

THE ROLE:

Participate in the development and implementation of Peugeot car planning

and forecasting.

Plan, allocate and monitor sales targets and performances so that profitability,

growth and revenue goals are met and exceeded.

Work in partnership with Peugeot Ireland.

Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years sales experience with a franchise main dealer.

Full drivers license.

Demonstrated success of meeting and exceeding sales targets desirable.

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Strong administration and IT skills.

Dealer DMS software experience advantageous.

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

€60,000 OTE guaranteed in year 1

Company car.
