SEO & Content Writer -

Responsibilities:
Increase SEO traffic by writing original SEO aimed content on our website.
Pitching stories to high Domain Authority sites to obtain backlinks and increase our websites own DA.
Commercialising Social Media profile by writing content / ads, putting in place an effective ad spend & designing ad images to match our brand. Essentially generating more Social media leads.
Produce blog & social media posts on specified products and certain topics.
Specifically target certain “keywords” within blog articles.
Work closely with the team to ensure all copy has a purpose and is factually correct.
Actively monitor leads generated by implemented SEO.
Re-purpose and adapt existing social media & web content, creating fresh new targeted content.

Experience / Requirements:
A demonstrated ability to understand SEO content marketing strategies and create/edit individual pieces to maximise conversions and deliver top results in Google SERP.
Proven experience in growing online channels.
Understanding of SEO – Researching keywords, targeting blog posts to keywords & monitoring success.
Photoshop – Creating branded facebook ads, Image posts & Animated GIF’s.
Ability to write posts & create pages using WordPress. Targeting using Yoast SEO or other methods.
Self-Initiating creative ideas for new content approaches.
BA in Marketing and Digital Media / SEO / Journalism / Copywriting a bonus but not essential.

Qualified Financial Advisor -

Job Description:
We are currently seeking for a skilled, ambitious and sales minded individual to fill the role of Qualified Financial Advisor in our Portlaoise office full time.

Responsibilities:
This is a Life Assurance sales oriented role.
Develop new business from incoming leads and build a strong network and relationship with existing clients and generate referrals.
Provide expert advice over the phone and by email.
Actively identify sales opportunities with provided leads and converting to sales by proposing suitable options.
Ensure all internal procedures and industry regulations and followed strictly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
QFA certification essential.
Strong sales capability.
Office based role.
Strong knowledge of Life Assurance products and Life company procedures.
Previous experience as a Financial Advisor or APA in an Insurance Brokerage or Financial institution an advantage.
Previous experience operating a CRM system an advantage.

Financial Advisor Apprenticeship 

Responsibilities & Attributes:
Work towards completing their QFA examinations which are fully paid for.
Generate potential customers via outbound calls & emails and upsell additional products.
Have a strong, confident phone voice and a positive attitude while working under the pressures of a sales office.
Be very competitive and motivated by career advancement opportunities.
Ability to overcome rejection calls while dealing with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Essential Requirements:
Willing to undertake Insurance specific sales coaching & practice new sales techniques.
Friendly and professional telephone manner.
Computer literate.
A proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets a bonus.

Full employee training will be provided. Successful candidates will work towards securing a recognised qualification in Financial Services (QFA).
