New building regulations should be deferred to allow proper consultation, says independent candidate James Kelly for the Borris-in-Ossory Mountmellick area.

“The construction industry which is already on its knees will now be decimated,especially in rural areas. The once off self-build and small builders will be wiped out,” he said.
