kiosks

HOUSE HOLDERS in Laois now have the option of paying their property tax in weekly instalments through a nationwide network of kiosks.

HOUSE HOLDERS in Laois now have the option of paying their property tax in weekly instalments through a nationwide network of kiosks.

The service is being offered in more than 250 retail stores across Ireland by Omnivend, an Irish technology company that allows customers payment options through the next generation of multi-vend kiosks. Laois outlets include units located in in Mountmellick, Emo an Stradbally.

The kiosks will allow householders to pay as little as €1 at a time off the property tax, and Omnivend has been approved to take the payments by the Revenue Commissioners.

For further convenience customers can apply for a payment card at the kiosk, which they keep on their key ring or in their wallet to facilitate easier payments. Customers can then call the freefone number 1800 46 66 64 to get details of their transaction history.
