The Santa Truck is coming to Portlaoise on December 20 for a great cause -  the LauraLynn - Ireland's Children's Hospice.

The family favourite will make a pitstop at Portlaoise Plaza just days before Christmas following its tour of Ireland. In exchange for a donation, attendees will have the opportunity to visit Santa, Mrs Claus, and the Elves in the grotto in the truck itself.

LauraLynn is Ireland’s only children’s hospice and provides specialised palliative care and support for children with life-limiting conditions and their families, both at its hospice facility and through community care programmes across Ireland.

The event will take place from 6.30pm to 8pm on Friday, December 20.

Santa Truck has raised a whopping €131,321 since 2021 for LauraLynn and they hope to raise even more this year! All they ask is that you give a donation (whatever you can afford) to the iDonate fundraising page when you visit the Santa Truck: www.idonate.ie/fundraiser/SantaTruck.
