Gardai arrested two motorists for driving offences in Laois last night.
They included a suspected drunk driver who had been disqualified from getting behind the wheel for 20 years.
“Laois Roads Policing Unit overnight arrested two drivers in the county. One driver who is currently disqualified for 20 years was stopped while drunk driving,” Gardai stated.
“Another driver produced a fake driving licence and had no insurance. Court proceedings commenced against both drivers,” Gardai said.
