Laois Gardai didn’t duck any responsibilities when a mother and her ducklings waddled into Leinster Council GAA offices.
The mother and ducklings were rounded up thanks to local gardai who used a box to capture the wandering birds.
“Portlaoise Gardaí were "quack" to assist a mother duck and her ducklings who ventured into the Leinster Council GAA office,” Gardai said.
They said the ducks were escorted to the Triogue River where they were safely released.
