Gardaí seized two cars and arrested a driver in Laois in recent days.
The Volkswagen cars were stopped and seized by gardaí at Cappakeel and in Ballylinan.
“Laois Roads Policing Unit on patrol at Cappakeel this evening stopped a vehicle following an ANPR(Automatic Number Plate Recognition) alert for no insurance or tax. The vehicle was seized,” Gardaí stated.
“Earlier this morning in Ballylinan another Disqualified Driver was arrested and has been charged to appear before Athy District,” they added.
