Graiguecullen GAA Club pleads for information after smash-up

A Laois GAA club on the outskirts of Carlow town has had its windows smashed in an attack over the Bank Holiday weekend.

Two windows in the Graiguecullen GAA club were smashed, along with the driver's window of a car at the club.

Carlow Gardaí have confirmed to the Leinster Express / Laois Live that they are carrying out an active investigation into the incident.

The club has issued an appeal for witnesses to the vandalism, which took place overnight of the Sunday and Monday May Bank Holiday.

"If anyone has seen any activity or persons in the grounds and clubhouse of Graiguecullen Gaa in the early hours of Sunday 5th/Monday morning the 6th between 1am and 6am Please contact Carlow Garda station on +353 59 9136620 to help with investigations.

"We appreciate your help and support at this time," they say.
