Portlaoise District Court
Disclosure was ordered in the case of a man who is accused of assault in Portarlington.
Clement Herron (56) of 111 Bridge Street Lower, Portlaoise, is accused of assault at 45 The Glen, Kilnacourt Woods, Portlarlington on October 11, 2024.
Solicitor Josephine Fitzpatrick requested a date for mention and disclosure in the case. “That is to include CCTV if there is any,” said Ms Fitzpatrick.
Judge Deirdre Gearty adjourned the matter back to Portlaoise District Court on October 13.
