Man accused of having drugs for sale or supply in Portlaoise

Portlaoise District Court

A man appeared in court accused of having drugs for sale or supply in Portlaoise. 

Jason Grennan (30) of 10 Colliers View, Colliers Lane, Portlaoise is accused of possessing drugs for sale or supply at Hinds Square, Portlaoise on December 21, 2025. 

Garda Sergeant Jason Hughes requested an eight week adjournment for DPP directions in the case. 

Solicitor Josphine Fitzpatrick said her client was unemployed. She requested legal aid in the case. 

Judge Susan Fay granted legal aid and adjourned the case back to Portlaoise District Court on March 23.
