Laois gardaí are appealing for witnesses of the unauthorised taking of a vehicle.
At 7pm on Sunday March 29, a car was stolen from the owner's yard in Drimaterril, Ballinakill.
The owner of the car heard the sound of her car door slamming, and when she went to investigate the source of the noise, the car was gone.
The car is a 2006 silver Toyota Corolla hatchback.
The car has yet to be recovered. Anyone with information, or who may have witnessed the theft of the car, is asked to contact Portlaoise garda station.
