A number of suspected stolen bikes were discovered by Gardai in Portlaoise last night.
The bikes, including Trek and Carrera makes, were discovered by the Portlaoise Community Policing Unit. They had been concealed in a trailer.
Gardai are hoping to reunite the bicycles with their rightful owners. The bicycles have been taken to Portlaoise Garda Station.
Anyone who recognises a bicycle is asked to contact the Property Exhibit Management System(PEMS) Officer or the Community Policing Unit at Portlaoise Garda Station.
Proof of ownership will be required. Contact Portlaoise Garda Station on 057 867 4100.
