Heroin.
A man has been arrested in Mountmellick after gardaí seized heroin in the Laois town.
A 30-year-old man was detained after being found in possession of €500 of heroin on Tuesday night, November 28.
The arrest was made on following a search by local Gardaí of house in the College Ave area.
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
