Man charged with sexual assault sent forward for trial
A man charged with sexual assault was sent forward for trial to Portlaoise Circuit court on March 5.
The man appeared at Portlaoise district court on Thursday last week where bail was set on his own bond of €100 and a twice a week sign on in a garda station.
He was assigned one senior counsel and one junior counsel.
Reporting restrictions were imposed.
