The death has occurred of Angela Broderick, Knockiel Rd., Rathdowney, Laois, R32 E5C8
Unexpectedly at home. Predeceased by her dad John.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her heartbroken family, her mam Kathleen, brothers Kevin and John, sister Mary, sister-in-law Margaret, brother-in-law David Morgan, nieces and nephews Alanna, Daniel (DJ), John, Conor and Gràinne, uncles, aunts, extended family, neighbours, work colleagues at Aer Lingus and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at her residence (Eircode R32 E5C8) on Thursday January 9 2025 from 4 o'clock pausing for prayers at 7.30. Removal to The Church of the Most Holy Trinity, Rathdowney on Friday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in St. Brigid's Cemetery Shanahoe Co . Laois.

The death has occurred of Margaret Byrne (nee Styles) Boughlone, Mountrath Rd, Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
Died peacefully on Saturday, January 4. Predeceased by her adored husband Terry and parents Elizabeth and George, brothers George, Paddy, Liam and Joe and sisters Nell and Elizabeth.Deeply regretted by her heartbroken children Liz, Ken and Terry and their partners Michael, Ann and Sandy, her grandchildren Shane, Niall, Jamie, Molly and Caoimhe, her brothers John and Noel, her sisters Bid and Mary, her nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Mairéad Gaffney Moore - Errill
The death has occurred of Mairéad Gaffney Moore 4 Village View, Errill, Co Laois on December 31, 2024, unexpectedly at St. James's Hospital, Dublin in the presence of her heartbroken family.
Predeceased by her dad Frank. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Eoin, her adored daughters Ciara and Caoimhe, her mother Brenda, sister Marcella, mother-in-law Teresa, father-in-law Mick, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, extended family, work colleagues, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at her mam's residence Monamondra, Errill (Eircode R32 F7D7) on Wednesday afternoon January 8 from 2 o'clock pausing for prayers at 7 o'clock. Removal on Thursday morning January 9 to Our Lady Queen of the Universe Church Errill arriving for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in St. Kieran's Cemetery Errill. Mairèad's funeral Mass can viewed.
Due to predicted inclement weather an opportunity to sympathise with Mairèad's family will take place in the church after her Requiem Mass.
Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Friends of Portlaoise Regional Hospital or The I.C.U. St James's Hospital Dublin. House private outside the reposing time please.
Late Ann Munnelly - Portlaoise
The death has occurred of Ann Munnelly (née O’Connell) of Portlaoise, Co. Laois, December, 29, peacefully, at Beaumont Hospital, surrounded by her loving and devoted children, Róisín, Pauric and Elaine.
Deeply missed by their partners Emily and Ciarán, adored four grandchildren Cian, Alisha, Odhrán and Córa, brothers Dan and Tom, nieces, nephews, relatives, extended family and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at St. Patrick's Church, Ballyroan, on Tuesday, January 7 from 3pm, with Prayers at 7pm.
Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 12noonin St. Patrick's Church, Ballyroan, with burial afterwards in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
