The death occurred on Thursday, December 1 of Joseph Mooney of Clontarf, Dublin and formerly of Ballyfin and ex-Aer Lingus.
Peacefully after a long illness, in the care of the staff St. Francis Hospice, Raheny and previously the Mater Private.
Deeply regretted by his wife Mary, daughters Cariosa and Sinead, sons-in-law Martin and Niall and his darling grandchild Caoimhe, sisters Maura and Breda, sisters-in-law Mary and Miriam, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Reposing at the family home from 3pm on Friday with Removal to St. Anthony’s Church, Clontarf arriving 5.30pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 10am. Funeral afterwards to St. Fintan’s Cemetery, Sutton.
Mary Devoy - Stradbally
The death occurred on Wednesday, November 30 of Mary Devoy of Ballythomas House, Stradbally.
Peacefully in the care of the management and staff of Droimnin Nursing Home, Stradbally. Predeceased by her brother Sean and sister Winnie. Deeply regretted by her nephews Tony and Sean, her family, relatives, friends and neighbours.
Reposing from 2pm this Thursday in the Presentation Chapel, Stradbally, with rosary at 9pm on Thursday evening. Removal on Friday evening at 6.45pm to arrive to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Stradbally, for funeral prayers at 7pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 12 noon, followed by Interment in Oakvale Cemetery.
Ronald Lewis - Portlaoise
The death occurred on Tuesday, November 29 of Ronald (Ronnie) Lewis of Summerhil, Portlaoise.
Peacefully surrounded by his family, in the care of the staff of Droimnin Nursing Home, Stradbally. Predeceased by his brother Alfie, and sister Una Furney. Deeply regretted by his brother Sydney, sister Rosemary, sisters-in-law, Cathy and Kathleeen, brothers-in-law Ken and Billy, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Reposing at Keegan's Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 7pm with funeral prayers at 8pm. Service in St Peter's Church of Ireland, Market Square at 2pm on Friday followed by interment in SS Peter and Paul’s Cemetery, Portlaoise.

The death occurred on Tuesday, November 29 of Brendan Breen of Rosebank, Craydon Court, Portlaoise.
At the Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise. Predeceased by his wife Sadie. Deeply regretted by his daughters Mariéad, Marie and Brenda, grandchildren, sons-in-law, extended family and friends.
Reposing was at his home on Wednesday, from 4.30pm with removal to St. Fintan's Church, Ballyfin on Wednesday evening. Funeral Mass on Thursday morning at 11am, followed by burial in St Fintan's Cemetery, Ballyfin.

The death occurred on Tuesday, November 29 of Dr. Donal McCarthy of Ballsbridge, Dublin and formerly of Portlaoise.
Peacefully in the care of the The Royal Hospital Donnybrook. Husband of Mary (née Comerford) and father of Geraldine, Donal and Elaine. Deeply regretted by his family, sons-in-law Dermot and David, daughter-in-law Barbara, his grandchildren, extended family and friends.
Removal this Thursday evening to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook arriving at 5pm. Requiem Mass on Friday morning at 11am followed by cremation at Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross.

The death occurred on Monday, November 28 of Joy Murphy (née Holmes) of Rossvale, Portlaoise and formerly of Lacca, Mountrath.
Peacefully at her home surrounded by her family. Pre-deceased by her husband Harry and daughter Angela.
