Peacefully in the loving care of her family. Predeceased by her husband Patrick. Much adored mother of John, Mary, Ann, Martina and Patsy. Deeply regretted by her loving family, daughter-in-law Eileen, sons-in-law Bernard and Peter , sister Teresa (Tess ), sisters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephew, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at her residence on Sunday from 6.30pm with Rosary at 9pm. Reposing on Monday with family time from 5pm. Removal at 6.50pm arriving Church of the Sacred Heart Rath at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to the New Cemetery Emo .
Kathleen Carroll - Rathdowney
The death took place on Friday, March 29 of Kathleen Carroll (née Byrne) of Kilbreedy, Rathdowney.
Peacefully at Portlaoise Regional Hospital. Kathleen, predeceased by her husband Seamus. Sadly mourned by her loving family, Pat, Seamus and Martina, Grandchildren Claire, Vivienne, James and Máire, her sister Sheila (Farrell), nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends.
Reposing at O' Sullivan's funeral home, Rathdowney on Sunday evening from 5pm with rosary at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Monday at 11am in The Church Of The Holy Trinity, Rathdowney followed by burial in Bealady Cemetery.
Joan O'Sullivan - Coolrain
The death took place on Friday, March 29 of Joan O'Sullivan of Old Road, Cashel, and formerly of Laurelhill, Coolrain.
Peacefully, surrounded by her family and the staff of Marymount Hospice, Co. Cork. In her 50th year. Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by her loving daughters Rochelle and Sofia, son in law Jason, brothers, sisters, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Joan will repose at her brother Kevin's residence Laurelhill, Coolrain this Saturday evening from 7pm with rosary in the house at 9pm. Removal this Sunday afternoon to arrive at St. Fergal's Church Camross for Funeral Mass at 2pm, with burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Darragh Weldon - Portlaoise
The death took place on Thursday, March 28 of Darragh Weldon, Dublin and formerly of Borris Road, Portlaoise.
Beloved son of Loraine and Philip, brother of Audrey and Ciara. Sadly missed by his uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Removal to Newlands Cross Crematorium on Monday for service at 12 noon.
William Breen - Portlaoise
The death took place on Wednesday, March 27 of William (Billy) Breen of Mary B Mitchel Close, Inbhear Mór Park, Arklow and formerly of Portlaoise.
Suddenly at St. James’ Hospital, Dublin. William (Billy) beloved husband of Anne (née Murphy) and loving father of Patricia, Billy, Bridgid, Mary, Ciara, Jaimie, Brandon, James, Jason and Leon. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters and their partners, grandchildren, brother Tom, sisters Esther and Sandra, father-in-law Jimmy, mother-in-law Brigid, uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives, friends and neighbours.
Billy will be reposing at his home on Saturday from 3pm to 8pm, with removal Sunday afternoon at 12.40pm to St. Joseph’s Church, Templerainey arriving for Mass at 1pm, followed by burial in St. Gabriel’s Cemetery, Arklow.
Pat Cullen - Ballbrittas
The death has occurred of Pat Cullen of Fisherstown, Ballybrittas.
Died at the Regional Hospital Tullamore. Son of the late Patrick and Margaret Cullen. Sadly missed by the Hyland family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Maher's Chapel of Rest Portarlington on Sunday from 7pm with Rosary at 8pm. Removal on Monday at 11:20am arriving Church of the Sacred Heart Rath for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St Evin's Cemetery Monasterevin.
