The Cube Low Carbon business centre in Portlaoise
The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) will be hosting pop-up energy saving and retrofit clinics for businesses in collaboration with The CUBE Low Carbon Centre Excellence in Portlaoise next month.
The organisers say the in-person clinics will provide business owners with the opportunity to avail of a free one-to-one meeting with a dedicated SEAI Energy Consultant to discuss relevant energy-saving and building retrofitting options for their business premises, how you can green your business and save energy costs.
Information on the relevant grants available will also be provided and how these can be applied for.
Booking is essential for the event which takes place on Wednesday, March 6 at The Cube on Tower Hill. Bookings can be made by e-mailing caroline@cubecentre.ie or telephone 085 7856204.
The clinics are organised as part of the Sustainable Energy Communities Programme. SEAI sais this engages and enables energy citizens with over 750 communities who are working together to achieve energy goals.
The SEAI is Ireland's national sustainable energy authority. It says it is working with householders, businesses, communities and government to create a cleaner energy future. SEAI says the grant it provides are helping homeowners, business owners, communities and large industry reduce their energy costs and greenhouse emissions.
