Watch: Laois brewer who criticised the Electric Picnic to sell 'picnic packs' in Stradbally

Although Ballykilcavan Brewery aren’t able to sell their beers in the Electric Picnic, they are planning to sell their new picnic packs in Stradbally.

Ballykilcavan Brewery founder David Walsh-Kemmis recently took to social media to highlight the fact that he was unable to sell his beer at the festival due to the festival’s contracts with other brewers.

The brewery now intends to sell picnic packs in Stradbally along with t-shirts. Proceeds from the t-shirt sales will be donated to Laois  Offaly Families for Autism(LOFFA).

“We're going to be in Supervalu Stradbally from 12pm tomorrow (Friday) with our four-can picnic packs, and our newest limited edition beer - a Hüll Melon lager.

We'll also have some *very* limited edition t-shirts for sale. We're donating 100% of the proceeds from these to Laois Offaly Families for Autism, and we'll send a free case of beer to whoever gets the best picture of one being worn over the weekend,” BallyKilcavan posted on their social media.
