'Absolute queen' - Festival goers delight after Portlaoise woman posts lost driving license

Here we go again!  Electric Picnic 2018 tickets go on sale this week

Crowds at the Wolfe Tones on main stage at this year's festival.

Thousands of items are lost during the course of Electric Picnic but sometimes there is a happy ending.

One relieved parent took to the Electric Picnic Banter page to thank the individual that posted her daughter's lost driving license in the post which was signed "Bernadette, Portlaoise". 

"She may be one of the team in lost and found working with Carmel Farrell. I would just like to say a huge thank you to her, or to quote my daughter "she's an absolute queen," said the woman.

 "Huge thanks to Carmel and the team for their hard work."
