The Tullamore Show is expected to attract up to 60,000 visitors

The overall timetable of events taking place at Tullamore Show this Sunday at the Butterfield Estate, Blueball near Tullamore is as follows:

6.30am: Showgrounds open to exhibitors

8.30am: Showgrounds open to public

9.00am: Trade and machinery stands open

10.00am: Judging commences in all areas

10.00am: Farm Safety Live official opening

10.30am: Live music on the bandstand – Country Jamboree

10.30am: Sustainable Livestock Village opening

11.00am: Bonny Baby competition

11.00am: Cookery demonstration with Chef Neven Maguire in the Odlums Pavilion

11.30am: Little Mr Offaly competition

12 noon: Official opening ceremony at the band stand by the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Charlie McConalogue

12.30pm: Fashion Show

1.00pm: Glamorous Granny competition

1.15pm: Baking demonstration with Chef Adrian Martin in the Odlums Pavilion

1.45pm: Sustainable Farmer Awards presentation

1.45pm: Traditional Farmer competition

2.00pm: All Ireland ISAS Championships – Horticulture

2.00pm: Cookery demonstration by Neven Maguire in the Odlums Pavilion

2.30pm: Fashion Show

2.45pm: Baking demonstration with Chef Adrian Martin in the Odlums Pavilion

3.00pm: Best Hat competition

3.00pm: Odlums Cookery Championships results

3.00pm: National Inventions Competition results

3.30pm: Best Dress Lady

4.00pm: Best Dressed Man

4.00– 6.00pm: Olivia Douglas and her band on the band stands

4.30pm: Parade of Champions of the FBD National Livestock Show

4.30pm: Fashion Show
