Over 100 pupils to perform in Portlaoise secondary school TY musical

Scoil Chríost Rí presents Thoroughly Modern Millie, next week at the Dunamaise Arts Centre.

Scoil Chriost Ri’s 9th annual school musical is set in the roaring 1920s, featuring over 100 TY students as they sing and dance the night away to toe tapping tunes such as ‘Thoroughly Modern Millie’, ’Not for the Life of Me’ and ‘Gimme Gimme.

This show promises to be a perfect night’s entertainment for all the family so prepare to be dazzled by the unique style of the 1920s. ‘Thoroughly Modern Millie’ is directed by Karen Hackett, with choreography by Lea Carroll. Come on down to Dunamaise to join in the fun.

The show runs from next Tuesday, December 12, to Thursday, December 14, nightly at 7.30pm with a 10.30am showing on Wednesday and Thursday.
