St Michael's AC Portarlington will hold its annual charity fundraiser on March 4
A 5k race will be held at The Heritage Hotel in Killenard next month to raise funds for a local cause.
For its annual charity run, St. Michael's Athletics Club is holding the 5k around the golf course of the five star Heritage Hotel in Killenard.
All are welcome to walk, run or jog around the beautiful grounds while raising funds for Portarlington Senior Citizens.
There will be cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place males and females but everyone is welcome to take part whether racing or just enjoying the day.
The 5k takes place on Sunday, March 4 at registration begins from 9:30am at The Health Club. Entry is €10 and refreshments will be served afterwards.
