Laois woodland family walk to help end mental health stigma

A woodland walk will be held this weekend in Laois to support mental health.

‘Let’s Talk and Walk’ is a woodland walk in support of the Green Ribbon campaign.

The free family walking event is open to everyone and aims to help end mental health stigma and encourages everyone to wear a green ribbon pin in support.

The walk will take place in Emo Forest on Sunday, May 13 at 3pm. Anyone takng part can meet at Emo GAA/Community Centre.

It is an easy, family friendly walk suitabel for all ages including buggies. Refreshments will be served after the walk.
